Dynamic generation of thematic maps of census data from Western Australia using IRIS Explorer. The dataset has been read in from files written in the MapInfo MIF format. Here, the postal regions are coloured according to the male populations; the application allows users to select other discriminants from the database, and to explore correlations between these.
